Continue reading24th August 2022 – A river water education awareness session was successfully taken place on the 24th August 2022 held at Cherok Tokun Nature Park (National forest) with the participation of 30 students and 5teachers from SMK Bakti. Water Watch Penang’s Executive Manager, Dr. Hong Chern Wern, oversaw the event with the help of WWP interns and facilitators including Ms. Ong Ke Shin, Mr. Hanson Yeoh, Ms. Adeline Chong, and Ms. Nur Aina Syahira.
Continue reading21 September 2022- Water Watch Penang (WWP) dengan kerjasama Majlis Bandaraya Seberang Perai menganjurkan program pendidikan sungai di SMK Jalan Damai yang memenuhi misi dan visi WWP iaitu untuk mewujudkan masyarakat jimat air dan untuk mendidik dan mengubah orang ramai supaya menjadi masyarakat bijak menggunakan air serta berdaya tahan iklim. Program ini disertai oleh seramai 40 orang pelajar yang terdiri daripada pelajar tingkatan 5 dan 3 orang guru.

Dr. Hong Chern Wern, the Executive Manager of Water Watch Penang commenced by giving a briefing on WWP’s background and aim for hosting this programme to commence educational talk session. He then introduced main activities and competitions held annually by WWP.
