MWA-PBA-WWP World Water Monitoring Day 12 October 2010 Teluk Bahang Dam - This event is organised jointly by Malaysian Water Association (MWA), PBAPP Sdn Bhd and WWP and run simultaneously with thousands of groups around the world. The objective is to drive home the need to monitor the water quality of our sources such as rivers, lakes, dams, groundwater etc. Our group in Penang will comprise 200 standard 6 students from 20 schools across Penang State, covering all districts. The students will be accompanied by 2 teachers from each scool. MWA, PBA and WWP will provide 5 facilitators each to run the programme. The Honourable Chief Minister of Penang YAB Tuan Lim Guan Eng will officiate the event, together with CEO of PBAPP Sdn Bhd Ir Jaseni Midinsa and other VIPs.
